Shaaheda Hoosein

B Proc (University of South Africa).
Shaaheda is a property law attorney. She specializes in residential and
commercial bond registrations and transfers. Her areas of practice include registration of notarial bonds, township developments, opening of sectional registers, registration of servitudes, consolidations and subdivisions. Shaaheda further attends to notarial certification of documents, and drafting of ante nuptial contracts.
Shaaheda was admitted as an attorney in 2001, a conveyancer in 2004 and a notary in 2006. She served her articles at Farouk Khan Attorneys. In 2004 she joined Deneys Reitz, where she stayed for seven years. In 2014 she joined Tshisevhe, Gwina,
Ratshimbinani Attorneys as a Director, Conveyancer and Notary Public. Shaaheda now heads up our property division.
